  • Chad Hoffman

    Division President of Specialized Business

    Chad graduated from Franklin College in May 2006 with a double major in Finance and Business Management. He began his professional career at Irwin Union Bank and Trust in 2005 as a Credit Analyst for the commercial group. In November 2007, he joined Celadon as a Financial Analyst. Chad continued his career at Celadon as a Pricing Analyst, Pricing Manager, Director of Customer Service, and Vice President of Operations. Most recently, he started our Intermodal and Temperature Controlled teams. The Specialized Business division represents operations that primarily focus on non-dry van freight. This area includes Temperature Controlled, Intermodal (TOFC and COFC), and Taylor Express

  • Lauren Howard

    Division President of Truckload Operation

    Lauren joined Celadon in 2012 as a Customer Service Manager, advanced to Director of Customer Service in early 2013 and most recently Vice President of Customer Service. Prior to joining Celadon, Lauren worked for the University of Indianapolis as a Director of Communications. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Public and Corporate Communications and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Butler University and is Accredited in Public Relations (APR). The Truckload Operations division represents all domestic US operations that are primarily focused on Dry Van Freight. This area includes Osborn, Bee Line, Tobacco, Local and Dedicated, Expedited, terminal operations and customer service.

  • Nathan Roberts

    Division President of Sales

    Nathan graduated from Franklin College in 2006 with majors in Finance, Management, Marketing, and Economics. Nathan advanced with various lending institutions after graduation. Nathan joined Celadon in 2012 as a Customer Service Manager, advanced to Director of Customer Service, and most recently Vice President of Specialized Services. Nathan has helped Celadon organically start and develop a Local and Expedited Operation. Eagle Logistics Services represents a division focused on operating asset light primarily through the use of owner operators owning both their truck and trailer.

  • Michael Gabbei

    Vice President, Chief Information Officer

    Mike joined Celadon in April 1997 as Vice President - Information Technology. He was named Chief Information Officer in 2005. Prior to Celadon, Mr. Gabbei worked at Woods Industries, a manufacturing company, as Director of Technology for 9 years and at Whiteford Truck Lines as Application Development Manager for 7 years. He additionally has over 8 years in distribution experience. Mr. Gabbei attended IUPUI and studied Computer Technology. He has more than 20 years of experience in the transportation industry.

  • Danny Williams

    President, Quality Companies LLC

    Quality Companies offers fleet and owner operator leasing, truck and trailer sales, maintenance and other business services. Danny graduated from Franklin College in May 2006 and joined Celadon in June of 2006 as a Financial Analyst. He transitioned into our Quality division as a Truck Sales Representative in 2007 and was promoted in October 2008 to Retail Center Manager. Most recently, he was named Vice President of Quality Companies.

  • George Chasteen

    Division President of International Business

    George graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Finance and Accounting. George started with Celadon as an intern in corporate finance in 2006. Upon graduation, George started his postgraduate career with Deloitte and Touche. George worked for Deloitte from August 2008 to June of 2011. George joined Celadon in June 2011 as a Yield Analyst as our first employee in this group and was instrumental in its development and long term success. George assumed responsibility for Jaguar’s Accounting team in June 2012 and ultimately became responsible for all of our Mexico operations in December 2012. George later assumed responsibility of all International business as Divisional President in 2015, his current position, overseeing both Canada and Mexico. George has also worked on various projects at Quality Companies, a leasing subsidiary of Celadon.

  • Leslie Tarble

    Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, Quality Companies LLC

    Leslie graduated from Butler University in 2008 with a bachelor's degree in finance. Prior to joining Celadon in 2008, Ms. Tarble worked as a financial analyst for Triton Value Partners. Leslie has been our Treasurer and Principal Financial Officer since October 2014. She previously held the position of Vice President of Finance at Celadon. Leslie previously served as Celadon’s Vice President, Treasurer and Principal Financial Officer.
